We are very pleased with TeleDirect Call Center's Work the Lead application.

We have been very pleased with TeleDirect. We use the Work the Lead application primarily to take messages when we are unable to answer our phones. I have had zero customer complaints, and all the phone numbers have been correct! Which isn't as easy to accomplish when you are emailed a voice recording like some other answering services.
 
I feel the prices are fair, and Sarah Fennema has been especially helpful both over the phone and through email. I have recommended it to all my business acquaintances who have enquired, and will continue to do so.
