TeleDirect has increased our lead conversions

I use Tele-Direct to handle mutliple client campaigns in WTL.  By switching the leads over to the call center we have increased our conversions by 10%. What a great staff to work with. Tavio, Kelly, and Sara are always attentive to our rapidly changing needs.
