Teledirect has allowed our company to grow exponentially without operating a 24 hour call center. CreditAnswers is able to run nationwide radio ads and after hour advertising with confidence that our overflow calls will be handled professionally and sent to us in a timely manner. Jamei has been instrumental in the integration process with our CRM system, Salesforce.com. We now can track where all our calls come from, maximizing every media dollar spent.
