Gain an efficient human touch to your sites

Our company added Live Chat support but soon found that we had problems with staffing so that a chat request could not be easily answered.  We contacted TeleDirect for their service and it was great.  Conversion rate is now higher at less cost than what it would take to get 2-3 people to man our live chat.  Very efficient.

Live chat really adds an interactive and human component to every Web site, that is why we offer this.  We allow you to leverage our people for your own operations, making sure that you only pay for the service you wanted and nothing more.  From our experience, it is very easy to implement a live chat function and that a site visitor is more like to complete a purchase if live chat is enabled.

Let us Help with your Seminar Reservations

It was our first time to conduct a nationwide seminar and we didn’t anticipate the load of calls we were going to have.  We needed help and we needed it fast.  Thank goodness one of our partners suggested TeleDirect!  

Not only did they walk me through the process, they also delivered the service they said they would deliver.   As a result, we didn’t lose out on any attendee.  And this is the biggest benefit of all, they didn’t take advantage of our situation and charged us an arm and a leg for the superb service we got!  

Definitely recommending them to all of my friends and colleagues!
