I am short on time…but wanted to let you know that we have been extremely pleased with the service you have provided thus far.  It has been fantastic to see the reservations sent to me as they have been made; any calls I have made to client services have been handled with wonderful service and in a timely manner; and we loved being able to print up our name badges so easily through your program!  We are having the 2nd night of our first seminar tonight. Last night went very well.  And I am in the process of scheduling our next seminar for the end of February.  I will be in contact to line you up for this one as well in the next few days.

We have been very pleased with TeleDirect. We use the Work the Lead application primarily to take messages when we are unable to answer our phones. I have had zero customer complaints, and all the phone numbers have been correct! Which isn't as easy to accomplish when you are emailed a voice recording like some other answering services.
 
I feel the prices are fair, and Sarah Fennema has been especially helpful both over the phone and through email. I have recommended it to all my business acquaintances who have enquired, and will continue to do so.

Your company was referred to me from Acquire Marketing.  I was a little uneasy at first being outsourced to a third party.  In the past I had used other companies with an in house RSVP service, which was OK, but not great.

WOW !! you guys were GREAT !! 

I have actually worked with two of your agents and both times the service was great.  I love the technology of updates coming to me via email, name tags, rosters etc.... GREAT... keep it up!!!

I am a Sole Practitioner in the Financial Services arena, and have done seminars my entire career your the easiest I have ever worked with!!!!

I have to say that WGVU made the correct choice going with TeleDirect as our new in-bound phone service vendor. We were impressed before last Friday night, but that sealed the deal. When Buying the War aired we expected it to be a normal pledge program for us that may have a call or two straggle through to TeleDirect. We could not have been more wrong. TeleDirect took 236 calls for us in that two hour period as we were completely overwhelmed. TeleDirect never missed a beat proving that your service is worth it’s weight in gold.
