Great service here, you could tell that Nick was very well trained.  I still can't get over how professional you guys are.  Definitely worth much more than what I paid for!

Thank you, part of every agent's and every employee's orientation here is training.  We also give on-the-job and continuous training to every member of our staff.  We believe that the only way we could be on top of the game is to make sure that our staff has the best and most current knowledge, as well as have the skills they need to do their job properly. 

And the offshoot of that is the high level of business services we provide you.

Thank you for all of your hard work over the past couple of weeks. I know it's your job, but I can honestly say that we have had so few complaints and so few calls to follow up on that were unrelated to a pledge.  By doing your job so well, you helped us to do ours better.  So thank you.  Our goal this December was $93,000 and we raised $95,000.  To say we could not have done it without you and your team is an understatement.  Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!  Everyone here at KVPT wishes all of you at Teledirect a very happy holiday season.
