Michael Brown and the TeleDirect team have always been quick to respond to any issues in a professional and friendly manner. I am selling dvds of my Saving the Bay PBS TV series using their 24 Hour Call Center and TeleDirect has consistently provided excellent service to callers seeking to purchase as well as to me as the vendor. I highly recommend them to others seeking a dependable and responsive call center service.

To Whom It May Concern:
I have been with TeleDirect for a while now and have used you guys in one form another since 2007. Now I hope to use you guys in a larger role. Anyway, when I went to reactive my account last week I needed some quick service because I was changing a radio ad on Thursday and needed my script built for Work the Lead to be complete by the next day.
I called in for Sandra who had been promoted and she turned me over to Michael Brown, who has been outstanding. That is a strong word in my book and goes above excellent. Michael has made me feel like a million dollar client of TeleDirect. He has just been on point and taking care of every last detail.
I haven’t wrote an e-mail like this about someone in over 5 years because I haven’t felt anyone has deserved it. Michael does. He is sharp and on it. And that is important to impatient and demanding business owners like me that I am sure you deal with daily.
