The Best Spanish Speaking Agents

We have worked with other call centers before, but none of them could compare to TeleDirect.  Having a big Spanish-speaking customer base, we needed native Spanish speakers and not English speaking agents confusing our customers.  One particular call center we used didn’t have Spanish-speaking agents at all, so what happened was that our sales went down and I have reason to believe that there are those who have been contacted and was duly turned off by the miscommunication and the confusing calls.  

With TeleDirect, that is all a thing of the past.  

I would also like to commend Kelly Fennema for the excellent service shown. Working with TeleDirect as a whole is a pleasant experience.

We provide all agents with the same amount of training no matter what product they are handling, and we put a premium on Spanish-speaking agents for those clients who need them in largely Spanish-speaking communities.  We understand that our customers need agents who could communicate effectively in a language that their own customers could understand.

I can't thank you guys enough for the help and assistance you've given me and my business.  Always on top of everything and always on hand to help out a customer!  I never felt the need to hire somebody in house for my Salesforce.com system and my client base is updated, and taken care of.  I also love the way you handle my clients' calls, very professional!

The service provided by Teledirect has been superb. The site is easy to navigate and so beneficial as we are holding multiple workshops. The staff has always been excellent to work with and very prompt in their replies. I am not sure how we managed before working with Teledirect.

Our company started a radio show program and we needed a place that took calls 24/7. I really enjoy how much customer service Teledirect gives us and how I am able to listen to each call and alter the call script whenever I need to do so.

When I used teledirect in the past, it was easy and straight forward.  Everything I needed was in one place.  I could take a glance at all of my seminars and even print out name tags.  Fantastic!  When we start seminars again we will use Teledirect again.

We have used Tele-Direct for our after hours, holiday and overflow catalog order placement for our direct-mail catalog. Tele-Direct operators have provided an excellent level of service with issues few  and far between. Any maintenenance tasks or questions have been handled quickly and professionally by Kelly Fennema or Jamei Cales. The web based information system is easy to use and any new product entry I have input without any issues or have had Tele-Direct input as a part of service. The pay by credit card for minutes is a snap. I highly recommend their services.
