Jamie did an excellent job explaining the service, carefully answering my questions, and listening to my ideas.  She was able to help me envision using the TeleDirect service before I even signed up.  Jamie was extremely patient with me and my company while we worked through a number of internal issues, and she remained cheerful and upbeat throughout the entire process.  Truly a pleasure to work with.  I'm a new user of the service, but so far, all indications are that it will meet or exceed my needs for years to come.  I have nothing but good things to say.

We are just beginning with TeleDirect, so this review is limited to our start-up experience. To date we have dealt with two TeleDirect representatives: Jamie Sisson and Tony Gutierrez. Jamie is our sales rep, and she could not have been more pleasant in her continuing interaction with us. Being new to this, we had many questions about the company and the process during the course of our decision-making period, and Jamie was always very responsive to our inquiries. Frankly, her amiable demeanor and professionalism contributed to our decision to use TeleDirect. Tony is our dedicated rep. We are only just at the inception of our relationship with him, but to date he also has been very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. If our experience to date is indicative of what we can expect from our future working relations with TeleDirect, we will be very happy indeed.

I have worked with Jamie on many client campaigns. She is very helpful and always gets things completed extremely quickly. I appreciate the fact that she responds to EVERY one of my questions/problems and does not get frustrated when I call 15 times a day :). She always has a solution for every one of my issues. She is great and I really enjoy working with her

I have been working with Jamie for several months now. She has always been extremely prompt and very patient with my many special requests. She is courteous, professional and very friendly every time I speak with her. She is very knowledgable about TeleDirect Services and if she doesn't know anything, she finds the answer out that day and gets back to me. I have recently started a new business and she has helped me every step of the way. My account was recently transfered to another associate at TeleDirect, but Jamie still calls to check in with me and made the transition very smooth.
