Teledirect has allowed our company to grow exponentially without operating a 24 hour call center. CreditAnswers is able to run nationwide radio ads and after hour advertising with confidence that our overflow calls will be handled professionally and sent to us in a timely manner. Jamei has been instrumental in the integration process with our CRM system, Salesforce.com. We now can track where all our calls come from, maximizing every media dollar spent. On-line tools are very user friendly

Jamei provided great support from start to finish. We set up a branded site for our customers to track seminar registrations and the call center did a great job handling the registrations and reminder calls. On-line tools are very user friendly and make setting up each seminar a snap.
