TeleDirect: Responsive, Professional, Seamless

I've been using TeleDirect for about a year after having the misfortune of working with two of their 'competitors'.  The difference has been like night and day.  Responsive, professional, seamless are words I'd use to describe TeleDirect's service. I've had more than one comment from clients who ask who I have answering the phone, and I proudly tell them TeleDirect. 

When I call customer service, I get a fast response to my questions and often a personalized email from the support team asking if my question was answered properly. 

Yes, customer service is alive an well at TeleDirect!

What more can you ask for from a call center service?  Not only did they show utmost professionalism in handling our customers' calls, they also provide a fulfillment and shipping service that has increased our sales over the years!  The response time is tremendously short and every order is easily tracked and monitored.
