What most businesses do not realize is that their data security should be on the top of their list when choosing a call center.  This is one painful lesson we had to learn when we outsourced our call center for financial products to an Indian call center.  

They were the cheapest yet they had good infrastructure. I went there to check on their technology myself.

However, a few months into our campaign, our data leaked and caused us severe losses, plus a lot of irate customers, some of whom did not bother to ask for an explanation and just pulled out their accounts.  That is why, the next time we selected a call center, we placed a higher premium on security. TeleDirect is the only one that made the grade!

Hi Lloyd! Thank your for highlighting that. We agree that security is very important, especially with sensitive data and even general customer information. That is why we really strived to get ISMS certification to make sure that we are up to par when it comes to security protocols.

One thing I can say about TeleDirect is that they are very good at what they do, and they provide as service that does reflect well on your company.  What’s more, you get the confidence that they are delivering on what they promised they would deliver.  Their reports, call recordings and everything you need to see are online and easily accessible to you, so you can check on them anytime you want.  No waiting!

We think that if you are doing a superb job, then there is nothing that you should hide from your clients.  We never did make it a policy to hide reports or make our clients ask for them.  You never have to go through ridiculous waiting times just to see how your campaigns are doing.  This is the benchmark of an outstanding call center!

Of course, if there are anything that you need that we are not providing you, then all you have to do is ask.
