Jamie did an excellent job explaining the service, carefully answering my questions, and listening to my ideas.  She was able to help me envision using the TeleDirect service before I even signed up.  Jamie was extremely patient with me and my company while we worked through a number of internal issues, and she remained cheerful and upbeat throughout the entire process.  Truly a pleasure to work with.  I'm a new user of the service, but so far, all indications are that it will meet or exceed my needs for years to come.  I have nothing but good things to say.

We are just beginning with TeleDirect, so this review is limited to our start-up experience. To date we have dealt with two TeleDirect representatives: Jamie Sisson and Tony Gutierrez. Jamie is our sales rep, and she could not have been more pleasant in her continuing interaction with us. Being new to this, we had many questions about the company and the process during the course of our decision-making period, and Jamie was always very responsive to our inquiries. Frankly, her amiable demeanor and professionalism contributed to our decision to use TeleDirect. Tony is our dedicated rep. We are only just at the inception of our relationship with him, but to date he also has been very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We have been using Teledirect for a number of years now, and we have yet to receive a bad address or telephone number from their answering calls and sending the information to us. I have called the number myself a couple of times a year to double check the quality of service and it is always top notch. Last year a new staff member set up our service for a group of events and created a problem.  I spoke with Tony Gutierrez who forwarded the mistaken telephone number to the correct phone number and we didn't have to reprint 5000 invitations. This year another new hire set up a duplicate account. I spoke with Sara Fennema and the problem was solved in less than two minutes. These folks are easy to work with, precise and quick to find solutions when we create problems for them!! In my book they are a "^" ot of "5" stars!!

Michael Brown is a consummate service person, and I appreciate his counsel and responsiveness to help my solve my questions.

TeleDirect's Seminar Edge provided an invaluable, time-saving RSVP service for my workshop.  Professional, helpful and responsive, Seminar Edge simplified the process of taking reservations, provided a meal selection service at no additional cost, and then followed up with a confirmation phone call to those who had reserved a seat. I provided the language I wanted to be used to ensure the workshop attendees were receiving a message consistent with my seminar. Live chat really adds an interactive and human component to every Web site, that is why we offer this.  We allow you to leverage our people for your own operations, making sure that you only pay for the service you wanted and nothing more.  From our experience, it is very easy to implement a live chat function and that a site visitor is more like to complete a purchase if live chat is enabled.

What most businesses do not realize is that their data security should be on the top of their list when choosing a call center.  This is one painful lesson we had to learn when we outsourced our call center for financial products to an Indian call center.  

They were the cheapest yet they had good infrastructure. I went there to check on their technology myself.

However, a few months into our campaign, our data leaked and caused us severe losses, plus a lot of irate customers, some of whom did not bother to ask for an explanation and just pulled out their accounts.  That is why, the next time we selected a call center, we placed a higher premium on security. TeleDirect is the only one that made the grade!

It was our first time with TeleDirect, we had a pretty complicated campaign that involved a million or so leads needing to be qualified and assigned to a particular campaign.  There were 12 related campaigns and 2 general ones.  It was such a complex process that we had two serious falling out with two other call centers we first outsourced the project to.  We were already thinking about an exit strategy when I talked to Darlene and she promised that TeleDirect could handle the job.  We gave them a try and month after month, TeleDirect delivered as promised!

Question:

Is it possible to request the second confirmation call to made at a later time in the day, perhaps between 6pm and 8 pm? When both calls are made during the day, a lot of calls end with "left message".

What more can you ask for from a call center service?  Not only did they show utmost professionalism in handling our customers' calls, they also provide a fulfillment and shipping service that has increased our sales over the years!  The response time is tremendously short and every order is easily tracked and monitored.

We have worked with other call centers before, but none of them could compare to TeleDirect.  Having a big Spanish-speaking customer base, we needed native Spanish speakers and not English speaking agents confusing our customers.  One particular call center we used didn’t have Spanish-speaking agents at all, so what happened was that our sales went down and I have reason to believe that there are those who have been contacted and was duly turned off by the miscommunication and the confusing calls.  

With TeleDirect, that is all a thing of the past.  

I would also like to commend Kelly Fennema for the excellent service shown. Working with TeleDirect as a whole is a pleasant experience.
