<p>The call center staff are very pleasant, professional and polite.&nbsp; (I've made several test calls and been pleased.)&nbsp; When there is something I need, the supervisors take care of the issue promptly, and exactly as I would have. I work with business partners--their customers call into Teledirect, so I have to be as careful with them as with my own customers...and the business partners are very satisfied.</p>
<p>I guess the bottom line is this:&nbsp; I trust them with my prospects, my customers and my partners.</p>

</p><p>Generally, I have felt the overall service to be 4-5 stars though lately I have been very frustrated.&nbsp; Being a physician in private practice, I use the voicemail for my patients in the Sacramento area to notify me for routine calls and urgent calls.&nbsp; There have been 2 occasions in the last few weeks where myself and patients have not been able to leave messages or access messages for essentially an entire day.&nbsp; This was very aggravating and I was very close to canceling my contract.&nbsp;</p>
<p>I decided to continue for now, but will seriously rethink my decision if these situations continue in the future.</p>
<p>Thank you for your overall service and it is the reason why I continue at this time.</p>

We were impressed before last Friday night, but that sealed the deal. When Buying the War aired we expected it to be a normal pledge program for us that may have a call or two straggle through to TeleDirect. We could not have been more wrong. TeleDirect took 236 calls for us in that two hour period as we were completely overwhelmed. TeleDirect never missed a beat proving that your service is worth it&rsquo;s weight in gold. </span></span></em></p>
