You guys are great. I want to especially acknowledge Mike Brown & all the service he has provided. I also want to mention Sarah Fennema. We recently had a true 'emergency' that was our fault, and Sarah was able to fix it right away - at 4pm on a Saturday! Class act & great service! Thank you TeleDirect! Ed Downey.

TeleDirect's Seminar Edge provided an invaluable, time-saving RSVP service for my workshop.  Professional, helpful and responsive, Seminar Edge simplified the process of taking reservations, provided a meal selection service at no additional cost, and then followed up with a confirmation phone call to those who had reserved a seat. I provided the language I wanted to be used to ensure the workshop attendees were receiving a message consistent with my seminar. I appreciated their responsiveness to requests and quick communication. I will definitely use their service again.
