I have been working with Tavio a little over a year now and this will be my second comment about his service, the first was written shortly after working with him. I wanted to provide feedback after working on a dozen or so campaigns with him. He is just awesome to work with; he is knowledgeable on so many different services Teledirect provides, and has been a life-safer on more then one occasion. He is able to grab simple scripts, data and create the perfect inbound/outbound campaigns that are fitted to each individual client. He is always on the look out for discrepancies and provides ways to improve campaigns. I ask a lot questions, and he is always willing to help. Anyone who is lucky enough to work with Tavio will not be let down. Thanks for all your help Tavio.

The service provided by Teledirect has been superb. The site is easy to navigate and so beneficial as we are holding multiple workshops. The staff has always been excellent to work with and very prompt in their replies. I am not sure how we managed before working with Teledirect.

I use Tele-Direct to handle mutliple client campaigns in WTL.  By switching the leads over to the call center we have increased our conversions by 10%. What a great staff to work with. Tavio, Kelly, and Sara are always attentive to our rapidly changing needs.

I am short on time…but wanted to let you know that we have been extremely pleased with the service you have provided thus far.  It has been fantastic to see the reservations sent to me as they have been made; any calls I have made to client services have been handled with wonderful service and in a timely manner; and we loved being able to print up our name badges so easily through your program!  We are having the 2^nd night of our first seminar tonight. Last night went very well.  And I am in the process of scheduling our next seminar for the end of February.  I will be in contact to line you up for this one as well in the next few days.
