TeleDirect: Always Available, Great Patience

I work for a busy lawfirm and was tasked with setting up the call center.  Having never done this before I had no idea what to expect.  This is where Sergio stepped in.  I've never met him but I'm confident he wears a cape and has a gigantic "S" on his chest.  Every dumb question and request was always met with great patience.  My nature is to pick up the phone when I have a question and Sergio was always available.  I bugged the heck out of that guy and he never broke.  It has been my pleasure to work with Teledirect.  When Sergio took time for his new baby I was treated equally well by Sarah.  When there were questions on intakes I would hear from Tavio.  The professionalism of the crew at Teledirect is second to none and I have no problem recommending their services to anyone.  Thank you!

I appreciate the followup by e-mail and later by phone.  My problem was resolved and I got the project done in time.  There is a difference between a good company and an exceptional company.  If you guys want to reach an exceptional company then you need to work harder on your client service time frame.  Thanks again for your help.
