Overall service to be 4-5 stars though lately I have some concerns

Generally, I have felt the overall service to be 4-5 stars though lately I have been very frustrated.  Being a physician in private practice, I use the voicemail for my patients in the Sacramento area to notify me for routine calls and urgent calls.  There have been 2 occasions in the last few weeks where myself and patients have not been able to leave messages or access messages for essentially an entire day.  This was very aggravating and I was very close to canceling my contract. 

I decided to continue for now, but will seriously rethink my decision if these situations continue in the future.

Thank you for your overall service and it is the reason why I continue at this time.
