I've been working w/ Teledirect for about one year and have been uniformly pleased. 

The call center staff are very pleasant, professional and polite.  (I've made several test calls and been pleased.)  When there is something I need, the supervisors take care of the issue promptly, and exactly as I would have. I work with business partners--their customers call into Teledirect, so I have to be as careful with them as with my own customers...and the business partners are very satisfied.

I guess the bottom line is this:  I trust them with my prospects, my customers and my partners.
