WGVU has been very happy with our TeleDirect partnership. Your customer service focus is second to none. In two instances our phone company had a problem and could not forward our pledge calls. Both times the people at Teledirect bent over backwards to find a work around and get the calls coming in, saving us from huge losses in pledge revenue.
